BAD ROMANCE
(RAH)² (AH)³ + RO [MA + (AHAH)] + (GA)² + OOH(LA)²

I'm not going to take credit for that cool bad romance equation.
I have no idea who thought of that.

Justine Henin lost in the Finals.
Still, that was a great performance.

FIRSTS:
Dairy Queen (which I mistakenly called Dairy Cream)
Itallianis

There are a lot of food places I haven't tried
which includes Max's Restaurant.

I wanna do sports this summer.
Totoo!

I want Oreo and vanilla ice cream on top.
SARAP!

Promise, I won't post anything
for the month of February.
I must focus! :)

actionsampler is love

I love it!
check out its first batch of wonderful samples!

Chaii is going to love this one!

Manay looks so stupid here. :))
beautiful!
The actionsampler pictures are way better than the diana.
The diana mini is pretty much a hit or miss, but when you get it right
it's absolutely beautiful!

Hay nako, sana ako na lang sa pwesto ni Kaye!
Sunrays!
I have another one like this but the film
was exposed two times!

In order to get great pictures of yourself using the Diana,
give it to someone who knows how to use it.
Because when taking the shots, once you push down the shutter button
the whole camera moves down too hence, the blurry photos.

my favorite picture featuring Ryan Jay!

(All shots were from my immersion except for the Chaii picture)

the minority report

So Apple introduced another product, the iPad (sounds so barok) which I found out through numerous Facebook stats. Suddenly everyone wants one but really it's not worth the money.

I don't think I will ever understand why someone needs to buy one. In terms of its look, it is damn pretty but feature wise? WHY? WHAT FOR? Whatever features it offers, you already have it on your laptop/PC. Videos? Geez, it's so much better watching it on a big Full HD TV than limit yourself to a mere 9.7'' screen. Features like changing the orientation is an example of things you can live without. And I prefer reading books on paper, because I love highlighting and writing stuff on the side. Also, it will pretty much contribute to poor eyesight. Please notice how chaka it is especially about the notes, email, iTunes etc.

TAP VS. CLICK
"...the Photos app displays the photos in an album as though they were in a stack. Just tap the stack, and the whole album opens up."
(photos in a stack makes the whole experience so much better)
"...you can scroll through your mail, compose a new email using the large, onscreen keyboard, or delete messages with nothing more than a tap..."
(because tapping is so much different from clicking!)
"Switch between widescreen and full screen with a double-tap."
(WOW, did you know that I double click to watch videos in full screen?)

The same goes to the iPod 60/120Gb. As if someone would be able to listen to all their songs. It gets worse when someone buys it just because it's from Apple. Also when the iPhone came out, everyone was drooling over it and they found out later on how much of a loser phone the product was.

I am such a minority on this but what the heck, I really want to voice it out. As of this moment, people are embracing this ultimate luho product and I can sense the "cult following" already.

So I realized that this sounds very bias against Apple. I love its iPod but not with 60Gb/120Gb because no one needs that much space for music anyway. Generally, I'm not into luho gadgets and I'm usually against purchase and usage of it. But if you want an iPad, then by all means go get one!

girlaloo

I got a new planner. It's so freaking girlaloo but I'm loving it (my first ever girlaloo planner). I wanted one which isn't so heavy yet isn't so small and the Cosmo 2010 fits the bill. I haven't actually looked through the pages so I hope the girlaloo-ness isn't too much for my eyes.

I don't understand the need to post bikini pictures on Facebook or any social networking sites. I think I have like around 5 Facebook friends who does this. They even make it their profile picture! For weeks now, a particular Facebook friend of mine has been changing her profile picture 1000x times a day and the pictures are all of her wearing a bikini. I'm so bothered because for obvious reasons posting a picture of yourself wearing nothing but two skimpy pieces of clothing makes you vulnerable to online hitting and it could go bad. It's like they are inviting it to happen.

You might say I'm a hypocrite because I posted a picture of me wearing a bikini in this blog but come on! The picture is very blurred, not like the pictures on those girls' Facebook screaming to the boys to come and get them!

Some things are not for social networking sites
and that includes bikini and drunk photos.
(and family members as friends, haha!)

immersion in stills

community night, sobrang hilig magpicture ng mga bata

ang ganda ganda kahit hindi ko
alam kung ano tawag diyan

wow! parang white sand!

ang cute ng puno sa gitna
nagtatampo yata sa ibang puno sa isla

takbo Mario takbo!

aawww

swerte diba?

orange

The grad picture is such a fail. Ateneo Placement Office gave us smaller res version of our graduation picture for our resume. Most looked like they were slouching, some looked older, and mine - I was to close to the left side which left such a big space on the right. I hope those were raw pictures because I feel really bad for our batch (not limited to ECE).

It doesn't end there. AEGIS, as it looks like it, decided to have their own cord color convention for the togas (for others schools it's not a cord). Engineering majors are supposed to wear orange cords but we were given white cords. (White is supposedly for Humanities!) I could have let it pass if the cord was yellow but white? Even a color blind could tell the difference. SOM people were given the white cords too and SOSS people were given yellow. I don't know where they got the color convention or why they are making new ones.

I want to avoid mistakes like these because I end up being so annoyed and I don't give a shit if you say that I'm a senior of a 5-year course and I could have it taken again next school year. What the hell am I going to do with the wrong picture? Hang it on the wall while I know it's freaking wrong? I get so bothered with such trivial things. On Feb 2, we will get all the pictures and I don't feel like paying the remaining installment. Pity.

I don't want acquiring stuff which would be of no used. On my 18th birthday three years ago, I bought candle giveaways for my party guests but I actually forgot to give it to them! So until now I have a big bag of giveaways on top of my wardrobe. What a waste!

It's not fun to attend seniors only activities. It's all about "oh-you-have-few-weeks-left-in-the-Ateneo-blah-blah-blah!" FYI, I am graduating NEXT year, not in a few weeks. Poor ECE and COE majors, we all have to go through this - and we have Pabaon on March and we all know the theme for that one.

Oh well, papel paper!
